By accessing or using SaaSLaunchPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

SaaSLaunchPilot provides a curated, operator-assisted directory submission service for SaaS companies. We submit your product to a hand-picked set of launch platforms and directories, generate launch copy for each, and track proof (screenshot, link, status) for every submission. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or SEO outcomes, as these depend on third-party algorithms and platforms.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your startup. You must not submit prohibited, illegal, or malicious content. We reserve the right to refuse service to any website.

4. Payment and Refunds

Due to the nature of our service (manual and automated labor on third-party sites), all sales are final once the submission process has begun. Refunds are only issued if the service has not yet commenced.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SaaSLaunchPilot, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
