Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

1. Definitions

In this Data Processing Agreement, "Customer" refers to the entity that subscribes to SaaSLaunchPilot's services. "Processor" refers to SaaSLaunchPilot. "Personal Data" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

2. Processing of Personal Data

SaaSLaunchPilot shall process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Customer, unless required to do so by applicable law. The nature and purpose of processing are strictly limited to the execution of directory submission services.

3. Confidentiality

SaaSLaunchPilot ensures that persons authorized to process the Personal Data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality.

4. Security Measures

SaaSLaunchPilot shall take all measures required pursuant to Article 32 of the GDPR to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including the pseudonymization and encryption of Personal Data.

5. Sub-processors

The Customer provides general authorization for SaaSLaunchPilot to engage Sub-processors. SaaSLaunchPilot shall inform the Customer of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of other Sub-processors.

6. Data Subject Rights

Taking into account the nature of the processing, SaaSLaunchPilot shall assist the Customer by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Customer's obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject's rights.
